LIFE IS SIMPLE, STOP OVERTHINKING IT

Overthinking is exactly what it means, thinking too much. Without realizing it, a lot of people have made overthingking become their habit so they are just become overthinker. Overthinking can prevent you to doing things and act, because you are thinking too much, even though some people just overthinks a situation occasionaly but some more are a true over-thinker. It is also, consumes your energy, your ability to make choices, decisions, cause you are just stuck on that thing, called “overthinking”.

Is overthinking bad for us? A 2013 study published in the Journal of Abnormal Psychology reports dwelling on your shortcomings, mistakes, and problems increases your risk of mental health problems. When you think too much about some little mistakes like stumbled, speaking too much, laughing too loud, when you think about your words over and over again, when you read comments on your social media over and over again, you are risk yourself of mental healt problem

What is happens when overthinking? Instead of looking for a solution, alternative, you just stuck on that loop and cannot get it out of your mind. At times, when something bad happens, you think about the worst scenarios, with thoughts like “what if?” or “why?” over and over again. You obsess about or over-analyze your day-to-day experiences and interactions with people. Psychologists have found that over-thinking can be detrimental to performance, and lead to anxiety and depression.

Overthinking and anxiety tend to be evil partner,Anxiety makes us overthink everything in many different ways, and the result of this overthinking isn't helpful at all. For physical illness, overthinking can damage digestion system, cardio vascullar illness, and damage your anti-body system.

Overthinking can cause a lot of illness, mentally and physically. Basically, your life is simple but yourself make it complicated, especially if you are overthinker. Don’t thinking about everything too much, if you dont want to put yourself on risk. There are a lot of things you can do to stop overthinking, just find the right way to stop it because everyone has a different way. Once you found it, just do it. Make overthinking your enemy. On the other hand, when you don’t overthink, you become more efficient, more peaceful and more happy.
